My kids are complaining about apps and it looks I have to move away from Blackberry, I really wanted to see that blackberry give us a new android runtime.

Kids and I wanting netflix, spotify and apps.

Bridge and 10.3.1

I just noticed that on bridge on my PlayBook shows always 0 active BBM chats.
I can see the contacts, I can send a BBM message but after that no chats are visible.
I only see a white screen within the usual chat frame.
Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
I have restarted both my Z10 and the PlayBook and I have also unpaired and paired them again.

Hi there... I grabbed my PB to read a pdf and wanted to perform a screenshot of a diagram to share it by e-mail...
Pressing the two volume buttons did not work...
Any way to perform the screenshot on my PB?

Can't add music!

I have 64g. Added tunes before and had no problem. No it gives me an error that the files copied to my "linkbox" and only only album art transfers. Any ideas? Help!

BB10 Contact to Playbook Video?

I added a similar post to the BB10 forum. I thought I post this question here as well. I can't be the only one with a BB10 phone and an old Playbook? I have had one contact on my BB10 phone which showed a Playbook Video entry. When clicked, it would initiate a video call with the user's Playbook. I wanted to set up another one and managed to lose this functionality for the existing link when I edited and changed things around...

How can I create a Playbook Video contact on a BB10 device?

PlayBook Won't Charge From Laptop

This is very confusing

The USB cable charges my Z10 100-STL2 and PlayBook straight from the mains charger but when I connect to my laptop, only the phone takes a charge.

I have just had my laptop back from repair with a larger hardrive, and its difficult to see why this is happening.

Both my Z10 100-STL2 and PlayBook have opened and keep opening successfully my BlackBerry Link.
I have even back-up both devices tomorrow but while my PlayBook had been linking and backing up, there's no indication of my PlayBook being battery charged.

Has anyone had this problem.

Having trouble connecting to my computer
When I connect the usb I am finding that I cannot load files onto it.
Is this something I can correct perhaps I messed up my settings some how?

My PlayBook suddenly won't use one of my Gmail accounts. The same Gmail account works perfectly on my Z10, my BlackBerry ID and may desktop computer.

Any ideas?

I can't install any .bar application

Good day I have a huge problem with my playbook, I upgraded to the OS 2.1.0.1917 and I can not install any .bar or the DDPP or the application chrome plugin, I install any application and it says "done" or "finish" but when I look to my playbook there is no application. I try security wipe and nothing, another problem is the "array_insert invalid array index" problem, I don't know what to do, please HELP ME

I have a shedload of pics and videos on my playbook (it has a great camera) but my USB socket on the playbook has died so I can't
transfer by USB as I used to do.
How can I transfer the pics to my PB. Is it possible with Bluetooth or hdmi?

There are still new threads here on the Playbook, 4 years later and that says something. People who have them, enjoy them. BlackBerry should really make a new Tablet but larger than 7". I want a real BlackBerry tablet so I can dump my laptop for good.

a friend of mine got a playbook 4g lte with sim slot but unfortunately wanted to put his own bbid on it, so he wiped it without installing or backing it up on any pc. can someone help me with a link to down device driver for pb or rim disk device driver.

Hey everyone!

I'm a newer BlackBerry user. I recently made the switch from an iPhone to a BlackBerry Passport.

Anyways, I've been looking around at some used PlayBook's for sale. They ranged from $90-$150. I understand they they are no longer supported, but what are your views on purchasing one still. Do you think it would be worth it? Would it even work with my Passport?

Any experiences or recommendations are welcomed and appreciated.
